Payment
- The payment for hair extensions must be made in full upfront to secure your appointment.
- Accepted forms of payment include all major card companies.
Deposit
- A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your extension appointment.
- The retainer amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.
- You have 48 hours from the time of booking to pay your retainer.
- If the retainer is not received within 48 hours, your appointment time may be forfeited.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your extension appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your retainer.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.
